MTN sms bundle fraud

I have a anytime350 package with a 200sms bundle.

According to the online billing statement I've sent only 12 smses this month but my phone log confirms I've sent a lot more than that. Seldom do I make all that many calls but my billing reflects over R60 in call charges.

My question is are MTN charging smses to the anytime allowance rather than to the sms bundle which isn't carried over month end, while the allowance is?!!!!!
 
I have also noticed this this month, I am on a MTN anytime 100 with 25 free SMSs. When I check my airtime and sms bundle it says I have 25 SMSs remaining although I have sent messages this month. That means it is using the anytime money and not the included messages.
 
IVe noticed something like this with my data bundle on MTN as well today. It wasnt like this last month as far as I know.. only this month.

Well I phoned MTN customer services and they reckon that their accounts and online billing facility is not updating as regularly and they having technical issues with it... They reckon by the billing date it will be sorted... Happy times ahead...
 
Well if they suspend my account because the bill limit will be reached I will be very pleased.
