mtn so called hsdpa coverage in durban

i must comment on the fact that mtn has only two hsdpa towers in the central durban.Even the 3g coverage is only limited to the cbd.
why is mtn claiming to have full hsdpa coverage and 3g coverage when infact most of the main business areas like westville ,umhlanga ,durban north and south only have edge coverage.most business have moved to these areas from the cbd,why hsdpa in central durban ?

mtn must improve at least the 3g /hsdpa coverage in durban.
vodacom has full 3g/hsdpa coverage in all the above mentioned areas.

As far as i know mtn is on building 8 more towers in SA.
