MTN Statement not received...

Ai toggie MTN...

I received an sms telling me to reply with my email address if I wanted to receive my statement via email...

I did it and now this month I have not received the statement with my other statements as usual... (I have 2 contracts with MTN)

Please, can this be sorted out and will you rather just post my statements in future...

I do not have the guts to call that 808 number (or whatever that number is...)

My email statements have gone AWOL as well it seems..

I still didn't recieve my statement or a sms this month...

Please cancel the sms thingie and let MTN rather post my statement again...

At least I always got the statement in the post...

I PM'ed you my details.

I havent received my statements either. Why must we phone 808 every time for this. I have two contractsas well. The last statement was sent in bits & pieces last time. 5 email messages in all. Why can't they send 1 pdf file or at least 5 attachements on one email?
