MTN Talksure - is this a franchise?

We've got a bunch of corporate contracts through MTN and have been told that some guy at MTN Talksure is our contact point.

He promised iPhone 17's on contracts that were due for upgrade beginning of October, but has since backtracked and now it seems he's blocked my number and the number of our account "owner" in order to avoid having to explain. No other MTN can assit with the upgrades now due to it being blocked by this Talksure branch.

Is Talksure a franchise?
Can we work through MTN themselves and bypass these franchises?
Any advice on how to get corporate level service out of MTN?

Are you spending corporate level money for corporate level service?

I have an MTN business contract for my phone. I let the contract lapse about 10 years ago and as soon as it lapsed I started getting messages about renewing it. None of these messages were from MTN. I managed to contact MTN and told them that I was not interested in renewing my contact. I still use MTN. No contract is involved. I hope this helps.

Heya

Please give these guys a call, I'm not familiar with Talksure, looks like they're an outsource provider? Select option 1 for upgrades.
