MTN to outsource call centres

Results of a strike,give them what they want and and dismiss them later,short term gain and long term unemployment
 
Well, these outsourced call centres can't be worse. They can only be as bad.

Although I'd prefer that MTN just spend more on their customer service and realise it's not an area to skimp on.
