MTN unable to fix PROBLEM (GPRS) PLZ HELP

i have a new contract phone Nokia N73 with no problems whatsoever...

the problem started on thee 11th 2 weeks ago & still not fixed.

***WHAT HAPPENED***

the morning of thee 11th 01h00 everything was working perfectly... when i woke up at 07h00 my phone showed "SIM card registration failed"...

i was unable 2 ( make & receive calls; make use of GPRS or send SMS's or any else). a week went by then only i was able 2 make & receive calls, & send SMS's...

BUT not make use of GPRS... its not the settings coz i tried that already, from *123# MENU , nokia's website as well as my service provider sending me settings... but my prepaid sim works 100% & my contract SIM doesn't work in other phones...

Hi all this is my first time

I wonder if sum1 can help me or giving me advice on my problem...
My problem started 11th of this month & nearly 2 weeks...

there is nothing wrong with my phone coz i use a contract & prepaid simcard. my prepaid sim works 100% with my GPRS settings BUT NOT MY CONTRACT SIM...

then i call 1555 or 808 non of the operators can fix this problem...

PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried your contract sim in another phone?

if your contract SIM is not activated for data and has not been used for data then try.
