MTN unsubscribe

Can anyone help me with unsubscribing from MTN, calling 808 or mailing customercare@MTN does not work, they are not phoning back. I'm out of contract and am still being billed but would like to change and preferably end my association with MTN. Please help, I'm desperate.

Dial 808,
Go through to 'Retentions' and ask for your package to be converted to pre-paid.

Just remember that you'll lose any free minutes/airtime you have on the contract package.

I had a helluva struggle to rid myself of MTN after my contract had expired and I had given the required notice. I faxed and emailed the MTN form meant to serve this purpose but I got no response.

Putting my complaint on Hello Peter finally got some action. I paid what I was told I was due.

Then a few months later, I starting to get demands for more money. I did not pay, needless to say, but it took an effort to stop the demands.

I suggest you go the Hello Peter route.
