MTN Upgrade Dates

Morning All

Have any of you noticed that the MTN upgrade dates have moved up by 4 months? My upgrade date is 01/02/18 but now it is 01/10/17. I checked with a few mates as well and theirs also moved up.

Looks like the upgrade is now in month 18. Anyone knows what this is about?
