MTN Upgrade - Didn't migrate Contract

I upgraded my contract on the 22nd of September.

I was on a Procall 120, and selected to go onto the Anytime 500. I was assured by the MTN Shop in Sandton that the contract migration would take place at the start of the next billing run (my bill run ending on the 10th of each month).

Well, today is the 13th. If I call 258, I still have "free minutes" instead of Rand value. None of the included sms's. If I look on MTN Active, it still says I am on Procall.

Who do I need to talk to to get this fixed?
 
MTN 808 says phone the MTN shop, the MTN shop says phone 808.

This is going to be fun to sort out isn't it.
 
MIGRATION

"You have successfully submitted your details to MTN. An MTN Consultant will contact you soon"

Any idea of how soon soon is?
