MTN Upgrade Eligibility Changed

Nice, Every thing is sorted now.

They offered me R1000 credit, as a goodwill gesture, for taking nearly a month to do a simple upgrade. They messed up the banking details uploaded some capitec bank details not mine, corrected the information, most people would have kept their mouth shut but I am not dishonest just want to get what I am due and paying for.
 
Nice ! Got confirmation of the R1000,00 credit. Guess was worth the effort, I will however be paying my account manually now and keep the R1000.00 credit as it basically gives me a two+ month payment holiday, in these uncertain times will be damn handy and one thing less to worry about.

Yoh MTN is peeing me off big time.

Phoned them last week, because I have two data sims, since the invoice last month I noticed, they are charging CLI presentation on the one sim like R8.00 some thing, some thing, same service on the other sim, there is no charge.

For some or other reason they been charging esim services of 21 odd rand, for whatever reason, went ahead and queried that a couple of days before the bill run. Received email that services were changed and the new monthly fee is blah, blah, blah.Fine.

New bill just arrived, esim service active again.And now they tact on an extra 500mb bundle over and above the one I have for R13 odd excluding vat.

Worse of all, did the upgrade three months back and have yet to be charged the new upgrade fee. They have debited R120 odd short for the past 3 months. Had a R1000.00 credit so they have been deducting money from that, so didn't take notice that they have been screwing around for the past two months.There was like R200 odd left for this months so will be the first debit order, since the upgrade and they assigned credit in 3 months.

Which means tomorrow heads are going to Fing roll. Tomorrow I am going to pay R360.00 odd, as the debit order still doesn't match what they needed to charge and to stay ahead of the game so I don't get smacked with a bill 8 months later for the incorrect charges, fing me over for their clusterfk. Will keep on paying said short charge until fkers fix the crap.

I manage to attract the worse possible ****......FML.

Oh BTW for some or other reason, their system change my banking details to some or other capitec account 3 months ago during the upgrade process, apparently a completely legit account, if I didn't spot the changes it would have been yet another clusterF to sort out.This whole mess is the result of their upgrade to a new system.

Hi!

Where do you view that? MTN have credited my account but i'm not sure how to view if it's reflecting. Is that on mycontract.mtn.co.za website?
