MTN useless services

Claim : 060 390 5686 / A van Wyk


Hi.

My MTN Steppa tablet was stolen on the 18th of October. I open a case at the SAPD Randfontein and then I was at the MTN store at Presedent Hiper Krugersdorp on the 20/10/16.

Because I have assurance at mnt for that tablet I open a claim at them. The guy who word there told me that
I must call the claim department 10 day later to hear about my claim.

When I call the voice told me the doesnt get my claimform yet and that I must fax it to the 011 912 5122 number.

So on the 2nd of November I fax my claim form, then i must call in 48 hours. Well till now the voice told me that they didnt get my claimform.

I call the insurance department, u can not speak to a consultant, its only the voice on the phone.

I call head office of MTN, nobody answer either, just the voice what said: MTN hallo and a song what is playing.

Customer care cant help me, said I must call the 011-912 3000 number (head office).

I need to know what is going on with my claim but get no service what so ever at MTN.

Can u please help me.

I've just spoken to an insurance supervisor, I've sent her your query, could you PM me a number where we can get hold of you on?

That is correct:)

I've had some open spots to be able to assist with social media queries, so here I am! I must advise though, I work for network department, so if your queries are not about coverage/ signal, I have to refer to my colleagues regarding your queries, that might lead to delays...
