silly speculation moves
a lower MTR means lower revenue from other providers and lower "input costs" apart from any changes on the asymmetry front MTR changes are of limited relevance to the performance of an MNO. I would be more worried as an investor in whether the operators are able to adapt to changes in the landscape
 
Yes because reducing MTRs is something knew, nobody saw it coming hey...
