I reversed my incorrect payment last month and paid in my average in cash.
Now this.
Their big boss has acknowledged that they have a billing problem but when are they going to fix it.
I want to upgrade now.
Perhaps I should go to VC.

Mine also said some crap like that but i confirmed my acc up to date and upgraded today in fact.

Been with MTN for many years and know all the ussd's and stuff. VC is unknown territory for me.

Plus the fact that we are in arrears with our accounts so one month will be double the cost.
