MtnActive.. Wtf

How come When i try to use MTN Active it wont work... then i phone the call center and the woman askes me for my PIn and when i tell her i am not giving it to here she flips out......... saying I am being difficult...

MAybe we should explain what a PIN is.... ???

Anyways bottome line is she I changed my pin to something arb and gave it to her and it still not fixed... any idea who can fix my mtn active ??
