I'd really love to know if anyone here is using their solution... I'd really like to hear what they have to say.

Thanks

Odge, just found your post while looking for some info on MTNNS... We have their uncapped ADSL solution and it is great! We get 30-50K downloads at any time of the day.

We are not using their VPN service, but they manage our GPRS APN and I don't have any complaints.

Thanks...

Hi Thanks for replying.

We are now using DataPro for our internet access (Static IP, 1Mbps - sometimes bursts to higher).

I think they are all Internet Solutions resales... I imagine your IP is in the 196.211.0.0 range, or somewhere close.

They are even kind enough to give you PTR dns records (handy for mail servers).

I've moved onto Telkom for my VPN solution... its giving me the same speeds as my original "makeshift (dynamic IP)" solution, but its more reliable, and the problems are resolved faster. Plus the VPN router at each remote site is just a cisco box instead of a PC doing the routing, so it a a lot easier to manage (When someone else is doing it for you).

The Head office line is also a diginet/martis, so it is low latency and rather reliable.

Mind you it costs more :), but our company is reaching that stage that it requires redundancy, since downtime has a cost associated with it.

The Telkom solution also gives me an upgrade path (to make my branches move onto diginet/martis as they grow).

Who do you get it through and at what cost?
