I'm so close to getting my Live connection going. Network card, IP config & DNS tests all pass. My MTU test fails
I have Xbox360 > Linksys Router/switch > PC 2 > PC1.
PC1 has the 3G connection/modem which is shared with PC2.
The Linksys router is a WAG300N. It is a switch, router, wireless AP, ADSL modem in one. However I don't use the ADSL part & my config on the modem is set to bridged. The config screen HAS no MTU setting & it appears there's no way for me to change it on the router!!
I can download a program to change MTU - but do I change the MTU on PC1 (shared) or PC2 (internet)? Will the Linksys override whatever setting I do with its default setting?
