Mugabe buying tractors for votes

Hey

I was speaking to my uncle this weekend , hes in the transport industry and he mentioned that hes taken about 30 tractors accross to zimbabwe, he told me theres been as many as 200 tractors taken accross the border. These tractors are being bought by mugabe to be used as bribes for the upcoming elections.

Tried searching for a link but cant find any, maybe one of you can do better .?
