As long as he is sitting (no pun intended) and has not been removed from the cushions he can't be too bad and thus can't be charged with crimes against humanity. He first must be removed before being charged......ironic isn't it

Do you have any more info, I'd be interested? Most countries have internal rules about charging their leaders, but I know of no international law in this regard.
