Hi Telkom
I have applied for a secondary simcard on my Internet
Promo 5 at your Hatfield store. The person who assisted me gave me the Sim, took proof of residence, copy of ID as well as a bank statement. He assured me that my SIM will be activated soon.

It has been two weeks now, and I haven't received any feedback regarding the status of my secondary Sim activation.

Can a Telkom rep please assist?
 
Wonder what is taking so long. Mine took 2 minutes. Secondary sim was activated and tested at the telkom store.

Wish I knew! I think I will have to phone them or go into a store again to get it sorted :mad:
