MultiChoice bleeding senior staff

So looking at the photos in the article it is OUT with the whites and IN for the non whites  Yeah that always fixes everything, just look at our SOE's.
Multichoice must fall

One way of looking at it.. another is that after all the easy money to be made is done and an iceberg is coming, the pale males jump ship and the others who willing to take the reputation risk despite likelihood of failure higher do it as they might not get the same opportunity elsewhere ?

Not saying this is what’s happening.. but I can also speculate. Perspective is in the eye of the beholder.. in the US you see this play out often with non-white and female CEOs.. just saying. MultiChoice been in problems for a while now.

Yup Australia struggles with internet speeds. A lot of rural towns in the US have dialup still.

Yup I was amazed.. apparently they have a monopoly state Fibre thing that’s caused issues. Ozzyman mentioned it once and then I went to check out stories.

That's over. The new thing is equity not equality. Besides non racialism is impossible
Talk about moving the goal posts. When precious regime said that they were called racist..

I think he tried to illustrate non-racialism to you. Remember non racialism? It used to be a core principle of the ANC.

I’d argue this has always been the case.. not something new. Just as we approach 3 decades it’s harder to justify the lack of transformation.. granted it takes time for executives to come into their own especially in a country like ours which is more Eurocentric or UK like wrt management practices than the US models ie experience counts more while US can do rapid due to success(helpful when u have lots of start ups).. that euro model takes time.

Let’s say avg exec is 45. 24yrs is schooling/varsity/honours level and then there is 20-25yrs industry experience.. we 27yrs post 94.. just saying.. most of the execs have been in programs in 80s to late 90s.

Meaning the “post democracy” generation execs are likely still coming so we are likely to start seeing this in board rooms demographics changing going forward more often especially with exodus. Mind ye if politics goes back to Zuma like era non-whites will continue to exit at a faster pace.. world has a lot of opportunity for experience and skill & diversity has brought newer perspectives. That being said non-white exodus places a lot of pressure on gov as no change is observed and on goes the radical elements claiming nothing changing.

Ps.

Broader picture.. you need a capable majority.. if you think this country can run with minority rule or in control of most things then uhm good luck with that.

Well said. I get a lot of stiff neck responses when I say SA's only hope is a strong, black, tax paying populace.
