Multichoice goes mobile

Yes but what will it cost? And who needs it?

Vodacom and Multichoice aren't known for their affordable services. The price of watching TV on your cellphone will probably be astronomical.

The other question is simple. Why? Who needs it? We already have idiots driving around with their cellphone to their ears, illegal or not. Now we will have idiots on the Ben Schoeman watching Bold and Beautiful while doing 120 km/h. And John Citizen will have to contend with worsening signal quality on voice calls.

Don't think the service will be too succesful in SA. Overseas you would probably watch this type of thing on public transport... most people whom will be able to afford this type of service use private cars and hence won't be able to watch it while commuting.
