Yesterday I noticed my Walka had an error message, "Service scrambled". I reset it with no luck. Went online last night and tried the self help service to reset with no luck. As I wasn't in the mood for a telephone enquiry etc...I completed their "contact us" form.

This morning at 07h00 I checked the Walka and I still had the same problem. At 8am I received a call from Multichoice and they asked me to check my Walka. Voilà, it worked.

Great service Multichoice! (I am not being facetious.)

Also had good service from Multichoice yesterday. Had one of my decoders that was on extraview that was giving problems. I bought a new decoder to replace the existing one. Connected the new decoder, changed to the relevant settings for extraview. Contacted the call centre. Was a 2-3 min wait to get a cnsultant on the line. The consultant knew exactly what needed to do. Broke the old extraview connection, paired the new decoder and smart card, and enabled extraview on the new decoder. Took less than 10 mins in total.

Great service.
