The Dr suggested I take multivitamins because according to her we don't always get what we need from our diet. For some things it feels like it helps but I can't take it all the time since it causes other problems....
With t his my pee looks pretty normal ... not that radioactive yellow you get with normal multi vitamins.
Maybe consult a doctor to see what you may be lacking. Only get multivitamins if you are definitely lacking and it is causing an issue in your life. Taking a multivitamin could impede your body from producing these vitamins naturally because it is getting them from the pills which could leave you needing these vitamins for life.

Nutrition experts contend that all we need is what's typically found in a routine diet. Industry representatives, backed by a fascinating history, argue that foods don't contain enough, and we need supplements. Fortunately, many excellent studies have now resolved the issue.
