Any suggestions for an outdoor LTE router to use with Rain? I'm tired of moving my router inside my house all the damn time.

I meant to write OUTDOOR. OUTDOOR router. Why isn't there an edit button on this thing.

Well, I could murder LTE sometimes, so this is legit.

This looks good:
MikroTik SXT LTE CPE 9dBi 2xGE 1xPoE out | RBSXTR&R11e

Or this:
MikroTik LHG LTE 17dBi Outdoor CPE | RBLHGR&R11e-LTE

Those prices are not what I expected. Is there anything good I can get for around R1500? Probably an antenna of some sort

The question by OP was about an outdoor router/CPE. Antenna would likely be cheaper.

www.google.com?
I was curious about CPE routers like OP but they're above my budget. My issue is that there's so many antennas with a lot of specifications and I don't know which would work best.

I had great results with the XPOL-6 and Rain, as have others on this forum.

Poynting XPOL-6 High Gain 11dBi External LTE Antenna

The question is does your router support an external antenna, and if so, does it have the required 2 x SMA connectors for this antenna?

Do a search for "Poynting" or "LTE antenna" on Takealot and see what suits your needs and budget.

Yes and Yes to both questions. I guess the Xpol-6 it is then.
