hi
im 17 years old male , im looking for a supplement to help me build muscle and mass , what do your suggest and also recover

I'd start with carrots. They give good eyesight.
No people under the age of 18 are allowed to join. By registering you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
:p

I can't imagine that such supplements could be good for someone your age.

Why? So you can look like the other roid babies on the rugby field.

School boys of 100+ kg - that's just sick

I'd like to see a study done on these kids through adulthood and see what health issues they have later in life, if any?
That should be quite interesting :erm:

imo it can't be good for a young growing body to be pumped full of all kinds of schit

Stick to the natural foods you are supposed to have.

It's bad to focus on muscle at such a young age. There's a reason they limit it to 18.

I've spoken to the oracle and at a height of 160cm I don't think you need a lot of muscle / mass. Your proportion of height:waist looks about right for your age too.

Jeeze. No wonder all the kids are going on to roids - because there isn't proper advice. If you want to skip the diet a bit, then first try whey protein and creatine (just the simple mono-hydrate. half a teaspoon before training, and half a teaspoon after.)

well last time there was one cant remember who tho ...he said he was under 18 and a clone

but i wont let OP get banned ...im sure he has some hot sister in her 20s

No supplements is as good as solid food! Get a decent diet, rest enough and you will reach your goals. Supplements are just that, it supplements your diet. There is no quick fix to reaching your goals.

Focus on good technique at the gym and don't push to hard. That was some advice I got from a guy at gym when I was like 16,obvious I know :D You don't need supplements especially so young

I like eating meat, more meat, then lots of chicken, more lots of chicken, and even more lots of chicken. Get your protein meals in every day, preferably more than once a day if you can, without using supplements. My only meal without protein, is my 1st breakfast, the 2nd breakfast has like nuts with protein in.

Like most people said, eat the correct food, and lots of it, whilst doing strength/bb exercises at gym, and you should see yourself grow very nicely.

Stay away from the sugary food, especially the sugary drinks, and also the junk food.
