Musica hit by store closures

Clicks Group says that its music and entertainment retailer, Musica, has been impacted by the closure of several stores.

I never buy from musica, everything feels half-assed. Look and listen feels much better to shop at.

Oh noes ! No more rows and rows of Patricia Lewis Grootste Treffers, Sakkie Sakkie Paradys and Die Campbells Liefde Liedjies.

But try get Ogdens Nut Gone Flake or The Going's Easy and they think you're a nutter.

It's just going to get worse for them... There's the Ovi and iTunes Stores here now and I don't think we'll be waiting too much longer for Google either. That said, and I have to think long and hard about it 'cos it's been a while, but I can't remember ever buying anything from Musica... It was always Look and Listen or CD Wherehouse.

The selection at Musica is severly limited. I haven't been able to buy a cd there in years.
