MWEB 4mb uncapped

I had **** speeds since the 13th then the 16th i had back to normal and now its the 19th and its **** speeds again. 3 days on 3 days off?

Also might be a coincidence but the 16th just happens to be the day that EASSy went live.
 
I use lowerping and 4meg ADSL, my latency stays between 250-300. Zero spikes.
