um, what were you thinking you'll be getting on a heavily shaped account?

perhaps but according to mweb....International Bandwidth Update :- Our interim international bandwidth is still running at full capacity, split over two separate routes. Indications from Seacom are that the repairs to their cable may only be completed by the 22nd of July.

Just because its running at full capacity, doesnt mean that pings will be the same. Quite possibly with all the rerouting and splitting over different networks the pings shoot up. Having full access and having access at speed are 2 different things!

4mb mweb uncapped = High of around 1000ms and lows of like 500ms , playable but doesnt come close to unshaped 300ms.

I had it particularly bad last night - started playing WoW last week (during Seacomm outage) so i have not seen it lower than 460ms (although briefly) - but last night i was in the high 800's for most of the night (from around 5pm onwards), and at around 8pm i couldnt stay connected for longer than 20s before getting booted. Lost a few random dungeons cos of disco's - changed over to Axxess and bada boom, 420ms...no latency issues...and no disconnects...

I know i always say it, but dear god Mweb...i know you give me the most Gigs, but please fix the damn latency. PRE AND Post Seacomm outage.
