Ja their support is kak one time it took me 45 min to get a hold of them luckily I had an 1 hour of free calls on vodacom. Didnt even know what a wifi repeater mode was on their own routers. Glad I left. Call them one last time and mention all those queries with reference numbers if not try and contact your fno and ask if theres problems on their sideDude
