I've been trying to contact MWEB accounts as they have suspended a website I run. No matter what I do I cannot get them by phone and, of course, no email. Being an octogenarian I really dislike having to use communication other than emails so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it !
 
I have the exact issue.
They never sent me an invoice for technical assistance to my fibre network a few months ago. I never requested the service, did not sign anything, and they sent me a statement containing this invoice about 3 months after my Account was closed with them. I can't even log in anymore. (systems says the Account is closed)

Now I receive 3rd party debt collectors' letters. No email for communication is available as well.
