I have been called the ADSL Support team and only wasn't able to get the router working. I have even used a telkom account to see if its the router but that works fine. The only real advice i got from mweb was get another router.

The only real advice i got from mweb was get another router

The router authenticates using the Telkom account, so zero defects in that regard. Feel free to shoot your account details my way and I'll see what can be done to resolve this one for you.
