I am a new subscriber to mweb's adsl service. I received an email from them informing that my new product will come into effect on the 11 Apr 2016. I phoned their technical support for assistance in connecting. I was told my ADSL line has not been enabled yet and a report will be filed. Two weeks later and after a number of phone calls, I still do not have an internet connection. I am told the same thing every time I phone them. Telkom internet support, gives me the same story. How long is one expected to wait on these guys?? In the mean time mweb had the cheek to bill us for their non-existant service. Have you had a similar experience and do you have suggestions?
