Hi all

Question,

It seems if a download is started before 00:00 then the session started before mid night, and even if the download ends after midnight, the entire size of the download rolls up into the day time cap.

This all because they roll up based on a start time of the session.

Just curious, how is the "session start time defined"

I've been told the day time cap is available 24/7, any time... Then question, how do I MAKE SURE I'm downloading on my night time cap, which is support to be 00:00-06:00 daily.

You should read this thread http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...ising-on-free-midnight-downloading-Crystalweb it will explain whats going on.

Basically Telkom sends random reports somewhere between 11:30pm and 1am. Some ISPS take the hit and absorb the lost data and some don't.

I know Afrihost starts at 11:30 and their capped packages have uncapped after hours which you can use way more then 100gigs Mweb offers for the same price.

Just something to think about :)

Good Day georgelza, I cant provide you confirmation of exactly how the data would be identified; however a request has been forwarded for clarity.

We will provide you further feedback by early next week.
