MWEB and TELKOM ---> Unreachable!!!!!

my line is "loss of Synchronization" almost 2 weeks!!!!

how can you believe it!!!!!

telkom, they have no interested to fix the problem. They said the time frame to fix the problem is "indefinite"
mweb, they ask you to phone telkom. (but my line is with mweb)

my question is ....
is that I am liable to pay "no service" to MWEB for "indefinite"?

guys, be honest, do you think mweb will refund me for "no service"? :mad:

You won't get a refund from your ISP since the account you are paying for is still functioning, just not on your line. You could give the details to a family member for instance and they would still be able to use it.

Unfortunately your going to have to put some pressure on Telkom to hopefully get it resolved sooner since the problem rests entirely on their end.
