Recently a few buddies and myself decided to start a sport website, dedicated to sports in SA and abroad, our views etc etc. My question is simple though:
Mweb tied us down for a 2 year contract with regards to hosting, which also includes uncapped storage. As far as I know, after 2 weeks, our data was just over 600mb, not too much considering the amount of post, pics and videos we uploaded. But for the last week, our site has gone down on more then one occasion, sometimes multiple times during the day.
Now AFAIK according to the CPA, if a Service Provider cannot gaurantee you the service as promised in their contract, can we walk out and cancel or contract with them? We have spoken to them on numerous occasions and have received no definite yes or no.
