Thanks for the feedback, this is definitely not the case we will listen to the calls and take it up with the agent's manager if necessary. If you are still experiencing issues with Apple content please let us know and we will investigate further.
I also experience slow speed with apple services. When my dad downloads anything off the apple website its always incredibly slow. E.g. 7 hours for 1gig on a 4mb line. Normal http downloads or steam will be running full speed during this time but the apple download runs slow so its definitely being shaped incorrectly.

Thanks for the feedback. We need as much info as possible to get to the bottom of this. Does this only happen at certain times of the day? When last did you test it?
This has only been taking place during shaping hours.
I tested it a min ago. Seems to be back to full speed. Don't know for how long though.
