MWEB Blocking ME!?!?

Has anyone here who currently has MWEB as their ISP noticed that programs like Xfire, MSN etc haven't been able to log on.
I'm pretty sure its the ISP because it worked at my friends house and he isnt with MWEB.
only thing i can think of is the router but wouldn't know where to start lol,
any help pls?

Na, I am having the same problem with msn on neotel and axxess..
