Mweb call centre - Sales dept.

I wanna know if anyone try to call mweb to apply uncap service?
Cause i would like to use other way of payment instead of submitting my banking details.
But they always on high - call volume, i have waited for 30minute already...
Can mweb change their way of payment for uncapped account on their site??

Your first month needs to be debit order. Thereafter you can send an email to [email protected] and request EFT instead.

I strongly recommend using the online application form. I had log in details smsed to me literally 15 minutes after completing online application form. Amazing service...

Just do it! Sign-up, get debited and change your option later if you're not happy.
