Mweb cancellation

I need to cancel my Mweb subs but don't want to get embroiled in lengthy discussions so I need the cancellation form. My problem is I can't find any cancellation info in their website. Anybody here have that form and can email it to [email protected].
Here's another issue. I pay a monthly fee of R829 yet they advertise new contracts at R679 per month. Secondly, my download speed is 41mbps and upload is 1.4mbps. Is that worth R829 a month?

I haven't tried but can't you cancel on the app or online portal? I did a downgrade last month without any issues.
