Mweb cancellation

I need to cancel my Mweb subs but don't want to get embroiled in lengthy discussions so I need the cancellation form. My problem is I can't find any cancellation info in their website. Anybody here have that form and can email it to [email protected].
Here's another issue. I pay a monthly fee of R829 yet they advertise new contracts at R679 per month. Secondly, my download speed is 41mbps and upload is 1.4mbps. Is that worth R829 a month?

Instead of posting your email and name on a public forum rather just remove your details and ask people to pm you.

To cancel MWeb fibre:
1) Login into your online Mweb account.
2) navigate to your products page (listing all your products)
3) click on the red bin icon at the bottom left of the page
4) this will bring up the cancellation products page and click the ones you want to cancel
5) submit this form and MWEB will send you a cancellation email immediately, stating your effective termination date (I cancelled 29 July and my termination date is 01 September)
