MWeb Domain Transfer and Other Issues

Greetings.

Does anyone understand and can share the the current process to transfer a domain away from mweb to another provider.
They just do not respond to support queries, I need to get at least some facts in place before trying to escalate this with them in order to get this transfer done.

In essence, initiate the transfer from your new provider and they'll send the transfer request - and hopefully MWEB made you the registrant.

I have been through dozens of articles understanding the current state of domain transfers, seems much the same as when I did it many years ago. However they do not help with mweb's process and have already been in touch with providers I may move it to with my other domains.

My situation with this is the email hosting is elsewhere that I need to move from, and I need clarity from mweb on authoritative information. I have been advised via one of those other providers I can still transfer the domain in the meantime.

1. They prematurely close tickets via their online portal/APP.
2. Because they do not, you cannot get a proper support response from them.
3. They advise to email a certain email which does not respond, which is contrary to their social accounts that say they do not do email support anymore, seriously no email support.
4. Calling is challenge was 1 (one), in the queue and the wait was painful listening to their autotunes.

I have in the meantime cancelled domains via that portal because thats all you can do, for the ones we do not need anymore and are retiring.

Its just one domain I need transferred.

Apologies went a bit rogue on the reply, I am at my wits end with them.
 
How do I find out who is hosting my domain after ignite has stopped offering the service ?
