Maybe the people who upgraded should try and power cycle their modems - switch off, wai 60 secs then switch on again.

Maybe they forgot the LINE AND THE ACCOUNT needs to be upgraded

Hey gibbles, same here upgraded to 4meg 3 days ago from a 384 and my speeds are even worse

It turns out that they did not upgrade my line to to the 4mg!

What a waste of my time and money. Not impressed at all!!!!!
