Of course, being the LONGEST time to restore the systems is a record too...
 
Why can't they ever be honest about it?
I had 3 clients yesterday which had no email for the whole of yesterday...
 
MWEB past its sell by date...

MWEB used to provide awesome service but the last 6 months what I've experienced has been closer to the pathetic service I got from telkom (15 to 20 minutes on hold 3 consecutive times, really slow speeds, ya I know that they use Telkom infrastructure but I'm paying MWEB for a service!) so ya, I cannot wait for neotel to expand coverage into my area, I'm not a happy camper at mweb no longer, sniff...
 
“Most services were up within two hours and less critical services took longer with all services restored by 16h30.” - they call that record time - FIRE THEM ALL
 
What would you recommend?

If I wanted an uncapped account via a wireless router at the fastest speeds i.t.o ISP?? thanks
