In the whole sign-up process I lost my email address to access MyMweb pages... where can I find it? Is there someplace I can type in my account name/customer number to see my email address?

I had massive problems this morning signing up online. Took 5 calls and 5 agents until I got to someone that could help me....

They SMS your account details to you, but my cell number is not accepted on their signup page. I had to enter a fake number ( BIG MISTAKE on my side ), and in the end all i got was - " your account details have been SMS'ed to you" ! WOW ! Someone is gonna be lucky on this day - probably think it's an april fools joke !!!! MWEB you need to look at this process - rather email the details, OR make sure your system accepts 0711 numbers !!!

Anyway - managed to log into MyAccount, and checked the billing. Another SHOCK ! They Bill you for April AND May ( R1078 ) in total - apparently a month in advance.

I now wonder if I will get billed again on the 1st May ? MWEB ?

While I am at it, going to port my line to MWEB as well... They need a proof of address, is a Telkom bill enough as a proof of address?
