Good Evening

I posted on MWEB's Facebook page earlier this afternoon. In the hope of getting some assistance with the ever slow internet speed.

Something that I picked up is the bad use of English, or rather the lack of understanding it. See below screenshot

I know that I could have made use of other words to express myself. But hey we all lose it sometime.

Now I just want to hear if I'm the only one who is seeing/experiencing this kind of support from MWEB?

Hi grantduke

I assisted you via Facebook.

You later posted via FB inbox message and then provided details of your query and have been assisting you since.

Would you like the support to continue via MyBB or Facebook?

I think he is rather complaining due to the terrible grammar skills shown on Facebook rather than that you didn't help him.

This seems a bit petty, and I'm one of the strictest grammar Nazis.

Yeah, but I think the Maeb official should read it before hitting enter in order to check if it makes perfect sense. I am guily of doing the same thing as the Mweb rep.
