WoW is back and I still can't play on my MWeb account, had to buy prepaid cap from another service provider, please fix this guys!
 
WoW EU servers are back up but still running at about 3k +

might be a good idea for Mweb to post something on their Network Status Notices for people not on this forum.
 
Funny how there is no response to my post. I wouldnt have responded either if i was Will thou.
 
Hi Sillicur the matter is still pending with our legal team and I can't provide any comment on it at this stage. I've heard you regarding the news server speeds, there is however no further feedback I can give you at this time. Our networks team are currently working around the clock to get to the bottom of the speed and latency issues being reported, particularly on international gaming.

At this stage I can't unfortunately give you an ETA on a resolution to this, nor can I confirm that there is a relationship between this and the news server speeds that you are experiencing.

I would really appreciate it if you could remain patient while we work through this issue. I can assure you that all of the complaints have been heard and taken into account.

In routine ping tests to international sites things start going pear-shaped from about Portugal. It seems to have its epicentre in wait for it London. Yes I am just stating the obvious I know and you guys have already ruled it out... But I can pinpoint the excat start of my gaming issues to the London problem.
 
Weird, had good latency and then 11:30 rolls around and BAM disconnect, 11k ms...

/sigh
 
Now my download speeds have dropped below 1Mb, fantastic. Latency is basically a rollarcoaster at this point.
 
Its called shaping. Downloads go full speed at exactly 1am, go down at 11 this morning, during week days its generally 8am.
 
Well ... im starting to think I should contact Legal Wise...

Applying shaping to unshaped accounts can't be... legal business? Shouldn't the new CPA be protecting us, is there a way to prove we are being shaped?
 
Still getting 4k pings in online games so I guess its not been fixed
 
I played wow last night...and it was actually fine, first time in about 2-3 weeks. Hope it lasts...
 
Wait for Monday at 6-8am before you think its good Bar_rat, i predict the lag will be back then. Lets see.
 
i cant even play tonight logged in now with 2500ms this is so annoying
 
My Star Trek Online is still having latency fluctuating between 700-4000ms, WoW seems better though.
