Free The Web South Africa Hey fans! We can't hold it in any longer... In the spirit of progress and a demand for a better Internet in South Africa, we're just 1 day away from some really exciting news. So be sure to keep your eyes peeled on our page at around 10:30am tomorrow for the announcement. (We will also be putting up a press release as ...well so that you can catch up on the news in case you missed it) Free The Web!!

So when will we start to see the effects of the upgrade?

All those slow pings that everyone has been complaining about, since the SEACOM outtage was repaired on Fri 30th, were due to congestion. This has seemingly been fixed. It's local connectivity that was sorely needed!
