MWEB hosting domain transfer

Hi

I have a domain currently hosted with mweb but have signed up with another provider, they put in a transfer request, does anyone know the email address I need to send the transfer approval to at mweb? I don't feel like waiting a week for a reply from them.

how about phoning them? else you might wait a week.

Is the domain name in your name with you as the registrant? Because if it is, the transfer request will come straight to you so you can accept/decline it
