MWEB/IGNITE - VoiP platform stability issues.

Been using MWEB/IGNITE for a while now to service all our SIP requirements for our customers PBX systems, however in the last 2 weeks their has been 2 outages including today's one. Anyone else also experiencing this?

Who is reliable out their with a stable SIP platform? Looks like we may have to find another supplier. Its a nightmare for our support guys.

There are two platforms.
Optinet / old Mweb talk
IS / VoIS

I use the Optinet platform, and it is rock solid.
I am guessing you use the VoIS platform?
