I have canned Cybersmart in favour of MWEB Uncapped 4096kbit/sec ADSL.
I have not done much because I still have to keep the old router plugged into my network (my wife has to finish some work at home and we have to keep the IP on the old Cybersmart line otherwise the VPN won't connect)
So far, so very good.
Pings: 19mS (On Cybersmart my pings were no better than 40ms average)
Download speed: As per expectation
Upload speed: As per expectation (Have been fighting with Cybersmart about this endlessly... finally can get 512kbit/sec not freaking 8kbit/sec)
Line SNR: less than 19dB (old line is so noisy the modem battles to remain connected)
I will report back more when I can switch over to the new line on a permanent basis
